This award winning transparent balsamic vinegar is crafted from sweet pedro ximenez grapes and is noted to be used by a number of 3 star Michelin chefs. This all natural, uniquely clear vinegar adds a wonderful burst of sweet flavour with aromas of caramel and honey to salads, meats and cooked vegetables. It can stand alone or be combined with one of our beautful extra virgin olive oils. What a find!!
