Antonio Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is dedicated to our most historical ancestor within the Carandini Family that appears in the archives, dating back to 1641. Antonio was greatly celebrated for his craftsmanship and contribution to the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

Giuseppe presents a high density, balanced flavor, and varied intense notes made possible by the 3 year aging in wooden barrels made of oak, ash and cherry woods. Pairs wonderfully with gourmet dishes that include salads,entrees, cheeses, and desserts.
